Meal Planning 1/4

I'm about to make a bold statement: Everyone needs a spiralizer in their life. They are just nifty little gadgets that can totally mix up your meal time. (We have this one.)

This past week we spiralized sweet potatoes twice, once for hashbrowns and once for curly fries. And guess what, they rock! Of course, I had big plans to spiralize more things, like zucchini and apples BUT last week was pretty terrible, I got 0 sleep, allergies are acting up and I just wasn't feeling awesome. This week though, I'm determined to make ALL the delicious food!
So, what are we eating you ask? Because you did ask, right?

For Breakfast: Chocolate Peanut Butter Meal Replacement Shakes (da bomb. com), Southwestern Sweet Potatoes with Eggs, Cheesy Hashbrowns with Eggs

Snacks: Bananas, PB, Advobars, LaraBars

Lunch/Dinner: Swedish Meatballs with Zucchini Egg Noodles (yes, this was on last week's menu plan but that week just didn't work out). Pork Shoulder with Fennel and Cabbage and Apple Noodles (also from last week). Rotis Chicken with Salad & Mashed Potatoes. Chili probably over potatoes at some point.

Basically ALL the delicious food and using that spiralizer as MANY chances as possible.
