Menu Planning Deliciousness

Joseph and I started another Advocare 24 Day Challenge last Monday. It's been good for us because it's had me cook a bunch of delicious but healthy meals and we just feel better all around. This week, our schedule is a little mixed up and I'm having to work around some activities, so  plan to embrace the crock pot, meals that stretch and some tried and true meals  know I can whip up relatively easily.

For breakfast, I am making a Crockpot Casserole because Joseph and  want to sleep in tomorrow. Then, at the end of the week, we will be replacing breakfast with Meal Replacement Shakes (And we have Chocolate PB, GET IN MY BELLY!)

So, onto what we are eating, right?

Monday: Baked Chicken with Spinach and Artichokes, Mashed Potatoes
Tuesday: White Chicken Chili
Wednesday: Rotis Chicken, Mashed Potatoes and Salad
Thursday: Shredded Beef over Lettuce
Friday: Sliders with Sweet Potato Fries

Last week we had:
Pork Chops with Apples and Onions w/ Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Asparagus
Chili with Potato Noodles
Turkey Chili
Meat Sauce with Zucchini Noodles
Fajitas!
Standing Rib Roast, Potatoes Anna, Asparagus
